Hello! I’m Doni Echols, a fabric craft enthusiast and registered pharmacist with a passion for creating functional and beautiful pieces. After spending over a decade running a successful home-based bakery in Arizona, I relocated to Florida and embraced a new creative journey—fabric crafting. In 2018, I discovered quilting and quickly expanded into designing unique, handmade fabric creations.

By 2023, I founded D-Marie’s Sweet Threads, where my love for fabric arts comes to life. I specialize in crafting items such as fabric journal covers, tote bags, home décor pieces, lap quilts, and key fob card wallets. Each product is thoughtfully designed with high-quality fabrics and an eye for detail, ensuring both beauty and functionality.

Balancing Craft and Professionalism

Along with my passion for fabric crafts, I hold a Doctor of Pharmacy degree (PharmD) and have been a registered pharmacist since 2001. My background in healthcare complements my approach to business and creativity, giving me a well-rounded perspective on problem-solving and design.
