Return and Refund Policy
At D-Marie’s Sweet Threads, we hope you cherish the unique beauty of our handmade collections. Each item is crafted with care, and slight variations from the product images may occur due to the handmade process. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist with returns and refunds.
Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
You have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
How to Start a Return
To begin the return process, please contact us at dmariesweets@gmail.com. In your email, include your name, order number, and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide further instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
Please note:
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will only be refunded the cost of the returned item(s).
- Returns must be shipped in a box, so we recommend retaining the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale Items: Products purchased with a discount of 20% or more are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
- Imperfect Sale Items: Items marked as part of our “Imperfect Sale” cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at dmariesweets@gmail.com. We will review the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
Exchanges
For the fastest exchange process, return the original item following the instructions above and place a new order for the replacement item. You may also email us for assistance at dmariesweets@gmail.com.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
